The Challenge

UBI Ltd was contracted by Senator to manage the offload and installation of 2,200 Freeway Workstations all with pedestals, screens, monitor arms and CPU holders. 1500 Bisley filing units, 3500 chairs, 300 meeting tables and 500 infinity height adjustable desks, were Installed over 15 weeks.

Our Solution

Our team managed the delivery programme and installation of all furniture items in conjunction with Senator`s project management team. In the later weeks of the project we put a team in place to aid the staff moving into their new environment and completed small churn projects as the council ordered more furniture and amended the current layout. All our works were completed to our usual high standards and reporting procedures in line with our ISO 9001/2008.

Customer Feedback

Alison Fairman - Senator

"Working with UBI for over ten years on many projects, we felt our partnership would reflect on site and ease the installation processes of such a large project. And once again they completed each phase with a smile and the client was very impressed with their attitude. Once more it is a credit to UBI because at the same time they were installing similar projects for Senator at Stafford and Rotherham council’s new developments."
