Job pack is prepared, complete with snagging sheet, method statement and risk assessment.
Installation is scheduled and resource allocated.
Team Leader surpervises the deliveries and installation at the site. Upon completion a full snagging report is compiled accompanied with photographs and job sheet is signed off.
All returns are counted back in and a full report is sent to the PM.
All documentation is scanned and saved in your unique electronic folder.
Job invoiced.
