Helena Living is part of Helena Partnerships and are a well-respected housing association based in the North. Created in 2002 to take over the housing stock of St Helens Council in Merseyside, the company has rejuvenated homes and communities. In the last 10 years, Helena has invested almost £500 million in the St Helens borough - that's almost £1 million every single week. Helena has also built over 300 new homes, with 500 more on the way in the next three years. The Challenge
UBI Ltd was successfully appointed by Paragon Interiors to project manage the relocation and installation of new furniture for some 250 staff from Alexandra Park to new build Helena Central in St Helens.
Our Solution
UBI Ltd provided a full project management service, planning and scheduling installation of over 200 new workstations plus storage and soft seating. Our project was condensed to meet the critical timeline in order to meet the requirements of the delivery schedule. We provided assistance with pre and post move briefings to fact find and to allow us to follow the critical programme ensuring that downtime was kept to a minimum. Move Management, meticulous planning and flexibility was vital to enable the project to be complete on time and within budget.
